How long is the rental for?
We know the fun may not end after four or six hours. That's why we offer all-day rentals for the same great price, allowing your guests more time to enjoy. Our team will return the following morning for pickup. Important Details: - Inflatable Preparation: Please ensure that the unit is plugged in and inflated prior to our arrival. This will ensure that the unit is drying and excess water allowed to drain. - Pickup time: Please note that our free overnight rental is not a 24 hour rental. Our team may arrive as early as 7:00am for pickup. Our team will provide a pickup estimate for planning purposes.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We offer flexible cancellation policy that offers a no-questions-asked refund for any reason up to five days from your event. For inclement weather, cancel with us by 8am the morning of delivery for a full refund. Reservations canceled after these windows will be given store credit.
